Overview

Roma Rogov was a talented and gifted boy — something that becomes clear by blowing up his teacher. A girl from Germany named Rosy casually fixes her dad’s scooter. Such exceptional children are sent to the International Festival of Gifted Kids, held in honor of the Year of the Good Child.
